Zoe: an AI property presenter that publishes daily on Instagram and YouTube
A real estate brand wanted a consistent presence on Instagram and YouTube without a content team. Zoe is an AI presenter who writes, voices, renders and publishes daily, with a human approving each post in one tap.
The challenge
Good property content takes research, scripting, voice-over, editing and posting, every day, on several platforms. Most agencies either post rarely or post the same thing twice.
What we built
- 01
Plan
A calendar of nearly 50 topics across the week: market data, infrastructure, neighbourhoods, buyer rules and myth-busting, plus listing spotlights from brochures.
- 02
Write and check
Claude drafts each carousel or reel, and a second AI critic checks it for accuracy, repetition and tone. Recent hooks are banned so nothing repeats.
- 03
Voice and render
A consistent synthetic voice and phone-safe layouts. A reel with no audio is refused rather than published.
- 04
Approve in one tap
Each finished post arrives on the owner's phone with Publish and Skip buttons.
- 05
Publish everywhere
Instagram post and story, YouTube Short, and the landing page updates itself with the latest content.
- 06
Engage
Comments are classified. Praise and simple questions get an instant reply, brochure requests get the brochure and a lead record, and anything sensitive goes to a person.
Guardrails
- Nothing is published without approval, unless the owner pre-approves it.
- The AI never claims a human wrote each post, and sensitive comments are always handed to a person.
- Each run checks that content is new: no repeated hooks, facts or topics inside a cooling-off window.
Results
- A daily publishing rhythm across Instagram, YouTube and the website, with no content team.
- Viewer comments answered in minutes, and buyer enquiries captured as leads with a checklist emailed automatically.
