Privacy Policy

Anchor Forge ("we", "us") helps businesses design, deploy and operate AI agents. This page explains what information we collect when you use anchorforge.ai, contact us, or book a call, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and specific: if something isn't listed here, we don't collect it.
What we collect

| Browse the site | Nothing personal. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and secure the site. |
How we use it
- To reply to your message and prepare for and hold the call you booked.
- To send you the follow-up you asked for, such as a written recommendation after an audit call.
- To protect the site from spam, bots and abuse.
We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list or newsletter without asking first. We do not use what you send us to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of trusted providers, each only for the job described:
- Cloudflare: hosts this website, runs the contact form, and provides Turnstile, the check that tells humans from bots. Contact-form messages are stored in our Cloudflare account.
- Microsoft 365: our email (contact-form messages are delivered to our inbox), Microsoft Bookings for appointments, and Microsoft Teams for calls.
- Google Fonts: serves the typefaces used on this site; your browser requests them directly from Google.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. They are bound by their own privacy and security commitments, and we use them under their standard data-protection terms.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages and booking details for as long as we are talking with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact so we have the history if you come back. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and send you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information; or
- stop contacting you.
Depending on where you are, laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or the CCPA (California) may give you further rights. We will honour them, and we will not treat you differently for using them. We aim to respond within 30 days.
How to contact us
Email support [at] anchorforge [dot] ai, or send a message through the contact form with "Privacy request" in it. We may need to confirm it's really you before acting on a request.
Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), stored with providers that encrypt data at rest, and accessible only to us. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there is less to protect.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
