This page explains how to delete the information Anchor Forge holds about you, including your Instagram conversation with our AI persona Zoe (@zoeainews). Our privacy policy lists exactly what we hold.

Delete your Instagram conversation with Zoe

• Fastest: send a direct message to @zoeainews on Instagram that says delete my data. Zoe deletes your conversation, its messages and any notes about it within minutes, confirms in one message, and never messages you again.
• By email: write to support [at] anchorforge [dot] ai from any address, with your Instagram username and the words "Delete my data". We delete it and confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner.
• From Instagram: if you connected an app called "zoe.ai News" to your account, you can remove it under Instagram Settings, then Apps and websites. That stops the app; to delete the conversation as well, use one of the two options above.

Delete anything else

For contact-form messages and bookings, email the address above or use the contact form with "Delete my data" in it. We may need to confirm it's really you before deleting.

What happens after a request

We delete the conversation, the messages, the notes and any lead record about you from our server. We keep only the fact that you asked, without the content, so that Zoe never writes to you again. Copies held by Instagram itself are governed by Instagram's own settings.
